CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer

My name is Jack Woerner and I am currently employed as a Social Studies teacher at Rabun County High School. I played varsity football for four years at RCHS and ran track for four years. I earned a scholarship to play four more years of football at Brevard College in North Carolina. I was first introduced to CrossFit during my college football career by my oldest brother, Allen, during my Sophomore summer of 2012. I was immediately hooked to CrossFit because of the various movements, intensity and competitiveness incorporated in the workouts. I love to challenge myself and others to do the best and be good at a lot of things, not just good at one thing. After participating in many different forms of conditioning, weight training, and other exercise programs: I am able to say CrossFit is able to achieve the best all around fitness that can translate to real world functional movements. I am grateful and proud to be a part of the CrossFit 441 family. I hope to assist others in becoming the best they can be and to learn from you all not only as a Coach, but as an athlete as well.
