Drop-ins are welcome at any of our classes. You may also attend open gym hours and complete your own programming. Please enter through the front door at Clayton Health and Fitness. They will direct you towards our entrance. Walk-ins welcome. Please allow 5-10 minutes prior to class times to get signed in if not signed up ahead of time. You may pay the drop-in fee or purchase a shirt which will cover the fees.

We have locker rooms, saunas, and showers if needed. Bring your own towel!
